How do I buy from you?

That's really easy. Have a good look around our site. When you find an item you would like to buy click "add to basket". You may add as many items as you wish to buy to your basket before proceeding to the checkout.


 

How do I know if the item I want is in stock?

If it's on our site, it's in stock. When something goes out of stock you will be unable to buy it. There may be the odd instance where two people purchase the last remaining item at the same time … In this case you will be contacted and offered an alternative or a full refund.


 

How can I pay for my item?

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card, and PayPal. You can shop with confidence with Tinsley UK, knowing that your transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.  

Please note that no order will be dispatched for shipping until it is paid for in full. We are sorry but we cannot accept cash, cheques or postal orders on this website.


 

How long does it take to ship my order?

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of cleared payment excluding weekends and UK Bank/Public Holidays etc. Please make sure you order in plenty of time for Halloween and Christmas as these are extremely busy times and sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day. 


 

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship outside the UK. We only ship to countries within the EU at the moment.  However if you are outside the EU you may purchase your tattoos from our sister company Space Monkeys.   Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by Customs when it reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes are your responsibility. Each country has different laws regarding the amount of taxes that you must pay to receive your order.


 

 Will my personal information be safe?

Yes it will. We only hold the information you give us when you make an order, plus the history of the orders you have placed with us and any changes to your personal details. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party without your explicit permission.


 

Can I return a purchase?

Yes of course you can, although a few restrictions may apply… please see our returns policy in our Terms and Conditions.


 

What if I need to talk to you?

We believe that Customer Service is very important and are always willing to talk to you, either on the phone, by email or of course by snail mail. All our contact details can be found on our 'Contact Us' page. We try to answer all emails within 24/48 hours and letters within 7 days of receipt. Please be patient with us during really busy times like Halloween and Christmas. We often work very long hours during these times… but even we have to sleep sometimes. If you are overseas please remember to make allowances for the time differences between us.
